Motion to withdraw
On Friday, October 23, 2009, the two law firms representing James Catledge and the Impact business entities filed a motion to withdraw as counsel. They have set that motion to be heard on November 2, 2009, along with the other two pending motions.

Does this finnaly mean that James has decided to stop using the investors money and represent his self in this matter? His delay tatics are just allowing him to use our invested $$ for his own well if you call it gain I call it stealing? If he does not have an attourney and represents himself maybe we can get something going I mean it has only been what almost a year now since the filing. How obsurd is that and no end in sight yet. All the while we are here with nothing but an empty can of Broken Dreams that James promised and said it will be fine. Well it is not fine now is it.
I hope that Idaho, and the court system there can see through this delay tactic by James Catledge. If he can delay the November 2nd and future hearings as long as possible it will continue to give him more time to move and hide the assets that he has. As of this date it appears that no one has held him accountable to verify the assets he has and where they are. The longer it takes to hold him accountable, the more difficult it will be to find what he has hidden. He has the money to pay the most expensive attorneys. Why would they want to withdraw? That is the real question here.
The MIami based Diaz firm and the Boise based Nevin firm have asked to withdraw as counsel for CAtledge, the IMpact companies, and DAvid Brimley. Trevor Walker remains as a pro se defendant.
Nagel, Thompson and Cabezud are still represented by a Boise firm, Augustine & McKenzie.
The Target Trust, managing Potenza Management, is managing all the residential properties in UTAH, NEVADA, and CALIFORNIA. Mother, Janie Catledge, is Trustee. All this occurred in March-July 2009. Look up Nevada Secretary of State, business entities, Entity name, Potenza Management. The new claim deeds on the properties indicate Target Trust, Janie Catlege, trustee. This has been filed in Miami, document 639, filed 8-18-09

Last I knew, the cast of defendants were pro se, representation w/o attorneys. I think there was some "ghost writing" going on.
was the hearing held on the 2nd of November as scheduled? If so, what transpired?
