Motion for sanctions

The Department recently received responses to its discovery sent to defendants Catledge and the Impact companies. The Dept. does not believe the responses were adequate, and filed a motion asking the court for sanctions against those defendants for failure to answer adequately, and in the alternative if sanctions are not imposed, for an order requiring a more thorough response.

The hearing on this motion has been rescheduled for Monday, November 2, 2009, at 4:00 PM, during the same hearing as on the pending Motion to Dismiss.

Defendant Trevor Walker's Motion to Dismiss has been heard, and the Dept. filed its supplemental brief. We are awaiting the judge's ruling on this motion.

You do know where to find the Elliotts', don't you?

It may be harder now the JD and Cofresi are closed. Fred likes Canada, and wants to go home, and get his life back to "normal".

Meanwhile, the "true innocent investors" are financially devastated for the rest of our lives, and will never have a normal life, the life we saved and planned for 30-50 years.

Do not let these people free from justice. They all know the wrongs they did, willfully, purposefully, with intent to increase their NETWORTH, at the expense and detriment of others.

Many are watching this IDOF case, for justice and precedence for all future cases, including other agents.

Yes, I do believe we have a pretty good idea where to find the Elliott's. Thank you.

Is it possible to post the motions and orders?

The defendant tactics need to known to others who contemplate suing Impact (JC in particular) and will face the same strategies and can be educated by your success.

If you need documents regarding answers to Catledge Interrogatories and RFP, please ask.
