Partial Summary Judgement Granted

The judge ruled from the bench in yesterday's hearing, and granted the State's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment as to Count 5, in all respects.

He has ordered James Catledge to comply with the Consent Order to Cease and Desist and make the rescission payments of about $1.9 mil. He also awarded pre-judgment interest of over $400,000, and levied a penalty of $10,000 for failure to comply with the Cease and Desist order. The judge also awarded a money judgment to the State as a means to help the State collect the money. The judgment is for slightly over $2.4 mil.

Thank You IDOF Alan and Jim for all your efforts on our behalf. This is a great development. Any chance we'll actually see our money again?

I hope Idaho will act fast and aggressively. Catledge has had a major head start as this has taken so long to get to this point. I hope Idaho can find the money.

Great job Idaho.

I'm an investor & I am so happy to hear this latest development. James Catledge needs to be held accountable for harming so many of us. Thanks for keeping us all up to date.

Congratulations Idaho!

So the latest that I have found and I am sure that is why this is not updated is because Alan does not what his office flooded with phone calls and emails is:
The Judge has signed this "Partial Summary Judgement" as "FINAL" My understanding is that now Alan can go freeze James Catledge assets and start getting us some of our money back? It looks like there is this Judgement of 2.4 Mil and against the Elliots for 3.5 Mil? I do not recall it is here in this blog if you wish to look it up. So in total it looks to be 6 mil that we could start to see soon.
We need to remember here however that just because judgement was awarded they can still appeal the decision to the Higher court and that could take another year.
I wish Alan and his team all the luck that they can muster to get our money back to us to help ease all of our suffering a little more.Let us all remember not to call Alan unless we have to his team is working for us and more phone calls as to when will only slow the process even further.
My final thought here is Man was I not very smart when I signed that paper work and gave them my hard earned money.
Good Luck Idahoans !!

I'd like to know the latest status in James Catledge & this lawsuit too.

Any word if James Bryan Catledge has been held accountable for his scam? He took money from innocent investors who have lost everything.

Why is there no response or update? Is anyone still on this issue?

I'm curious about the results of the James Catledge scam update.
